How easily can you be present in the NOW?

The 1-Minute NOW Test

When was the last time you took 1 minute away from your iPhone, iPad, social apps, computer screens, tv streams, and other distractions from the NOW to find the real “I”— You?

Exercise: Find a clock and time yourself for one minute to keep your mind clear and avoid distraction.

Did you pass the test? Were you able to remain in the NOW for 1 MINUTE without being distracted by one thing or another? It’s not so easy to achieve, is it?

It may take practice, but a 1-minute mindfulness exercise – even once a day – will help you in the NOW.

Remember, your mental health matters, and if you nourish it as you nourish your body with food, you’ll get an excellent result.
